Case Worker - Family Services Floating Support - Belfast Outreach

Location - 449 Antrim Road
Contract - Fixed Term (17/10/26)
Hours - 14 Hours per week

Family Floating Support Service is a community based service working with families who have secured a home in the community having left our Residential family services but we also offer the service to other organisations. The service operates within the Greater Belfast and Lisburn area and can have referrals for support from organisations such as NIHE and Social Services, however families can also self refer to the service.
