The Fixture Coordinator, Marks & Sport Chek is responsible for the accurate ordering, tracking, delivery, and issue resolution of fixtures and décor to support capital store projects, rollouts, and ongoing store operations. This role ensures stores receive the correct fixtures on time and supports store readiness through strong coordination with internal partners, vendors, and transportation teams.


What you'll do:

+ Own the placement of fixture and décor orders for project stores using approved fixture checklists and ordering systems

+ Gatekeep and track all outstanding fixture and décor orders across assigned projects and programs

+ Monitor order status from placement through delivery and installation, proactively identifying risks or delays

+ Respond to fixture inquiries via the fixture hotline and shared inboxes, including rush and priority requests
