We are looking for a Fleet Administrator to join our Fleet Management team based in Hungary. In this role, you will serve as a key contact for our company car drivers and coordinate various fleet-related processes.
Your Responsibilities
Manage a vehicle fleet of approximately 750 vehicles across Germany and Switzerland.
Develop and implement medium- and long-term fleet strategies.
Prepare reports and KPIs for management.
Act as the central point of contact for leasing companies, service providers, and dealerships.
Maintain and further develop the company car policy.
Optimize processes throughout the entire vehicle lifecycle.
Manage the ordering process for new vehicles.
