Position Overview

Summary:


  • The Fleet Analyst supports all aspects of our fleet vehicles over their entire lifecycle.

  • Responsible for ensuring fleet data is stored and used accurately.

  • Leads the ordering, budgetary, and financial activities for all fleet vehicle activities.

  • Participates in special administrative projects and programs in support of the Fleet Management Department.



Responsibilities:


  • Builds out model specifications for new dealer stock fleet purchases and issues orders.

  • Maintains detailed records of vehicles, GPS, and fleet systems to support reporting requirements.

  • Prepares comprehensive and timely forecast and budget documents; administers budget for operations.

  • Manages fleet-related key performance indicators.

  • Other duties as assigned.
