Key Responsibilities

• Fuel & Consumption Management:
• Monitor and analyze fuel consumption rates per vehicle (Km/L).
• Investigate variances and implement anti-siphoning/anti-theft measures.
• Manage relationships with fuel providers and oversee internal fuel stations/tanks.
• Spare Parts & Inventory Control:
• Establish a coding and tracking system for all spare parts (Tires, Oils, Filters, etc.).
• Maintain optimal stock levels (Reorder Points) to minimize vehicle downtime.
• Cost & Expense Management:
• Prepare and manage the annual fleet budget (CAPEX & OPEX).
• Audit all fleet-related invoices: maintenance, tolls, driver allowances, and fines.
• Calculate the MRO and Consumption per trip/vehicle.
