A Day in the Life:
The Fleet Condition Administrator provides administrative support for high-volume vehicle return processing by managing condition reports, documentation, and dispute tracking. This role helps ensure returned and rejected vehicles are processed accurately and on time.
The starting salary is $55,000, commensurate with experience.
What You'll Do:
+ Process high-volume vehicle condition reports, return documentation, damage assessments, and related records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards
+ Support dispute resolution by reviewing documentation, gathering supporting evidence, tracking open cases, and coordinating with adjusters, vendors, and internal stakeholders to meet service-level timelines
