Fleet Controller position available in Port Elizabeth. Requirements: Own reliable transport (due to shifts) Fleet / logistics control experience Strong and confident disposition Key Performance Areas: Dealing with Drivers and handling of any issues that arise Ensuring the correct loads Route planning Tracking and monitoring of Drivers and vehicles Dealing with issues such as hijackings and breakdowns and arranging of any assistance required Administration duties Salary: R11, 500 per month, plus performance bonuses and additional incentives if the trucks meet their targets.
