We are looking for an experienced Fleet Controller to join our team and help manage our client vehicles and drivers across their operations. What you will do Track and monitor all vehicles in real time using fleet management software Plan and manage driver schedules and route assignments Make sure deliveries happen on time and keep customers updated Report vehicle breakdowns or incidents and follow up on repairs Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance Work closely with drivers and warehouse teams to solve daily problems What we are looking for At least 2–4 years of experience in fleet control or transport coordination Good knowledge of South African road routes and logistics operations Experience with fleet tracking systems (e.g. Mi X Telematics, Ctrack, or similar) Strong communication skills — able to work well with drivers and management Able to stay calm and solve problems quickly under pressure Matric certificate required; a logistics or transport qu...
