Key Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) essential.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Fleet Controller within the transport, logistics, or road freight industry.
• Experience managing heavy vehicle operations and fleet tracking systems.
• Strong knowledge of transport regulations, vehicle compliance, and fleet administration.
• Ability to coordinate multiple vehicles, drivers, and deliveries simultaneously.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office and fleet management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
