Prepare and issue formal FMC agreements outlining service scope, CPK rates, contract duration, and applicable terms and conditions. Ensure all contracts are correctly captured, filed, and maintained within the relevant systems for easy access and reference. Maintain and manage a contract lifecycle database , including start and end dates, renewal alerts, and key contract milestones.
