Fleet Manager Location: Kraaifontein Salary: R30K – R35K CTC p.m. (depending on experience) Role Overview The Fleet Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the depot or plant, including nightshift operations where required. The role focuses on planning and scheduling fleet activities, managing drivers and vehicles, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring excellent customer service in line with client Service Level Agreements. Key Responsibilities Budget and Financial Control Ensure all invoices and purchase orders are approved and submitted to Finance . Follow up on outstanding payments. Manage insurance claims, traffic fines, and vehicle maintenance costs. Monitor and manage driver hours. Assist with budget preparation and resource planning using operational data and analysis.
