Job description

HireArt is assisting an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company in hiring a Fleet Support Engineer who will actively contribute to the operational uptime of the company's fleet.

In this role, you'll diagnose complex hardware/software-related issues impacting live fleet operations, interface with cross-functional engineering teams to drive resolution, act as an escalation point for field technicians, capture the troubleshooting details, and place them in the internal knowledge database to support future recovery and root-cause analysis. This role will require flexibility to work nights or weekends as needed with advanced notice.

We are looking for someone who has a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience (e.g., transportation, aerospace, or autonomous vehicles).
