Job description

HireArt is helping an on‑demand, autonomous ride‑hailing company hire a Fleet Support Engineer - R&D to support early‑stage vehicle development and improve fleet reliability before vehicles reach service operations.

In this role, you’ll work within a dedicated R&D‑focused fleet support team, diagnosing complex issues on development vehicles and shifting issue detection earlier in the lifecycle. You will play a critical role in identifying root causes, developing repair procedures, and enabling technicians and downstream teams to support vehicles at scale.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on technical expert with strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems. You are comfortable working in ambiguous environments, analyzing complex data, and building processes where none yet exist.
