Overview Of Role

Reporting to the Director, Fleet Leasing and Transactions, the Fleet Transaction Tech Manager will oversee management of transactions related to the WestJet fleet.

This role plays a critical role in managing, negotiating, and executing transactions on aircraft and aircraft‑related assets across the fleet lifecycle.

This role acts as a central point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely, compliant and cost‑effective fleet transactions.

Key Deliverables Include

• Support origination, negotiation, and documentation of aircraft transactions including acquisitions, sales, leases, returns and modifications
• Ensure enforcement of contracted terms to secure financial benefit for WestJet, negotiate and resolve contractual or technical issues as required
