**JOB DESCRIPTION:**

The Army Navy Business Group is seeking an experienced training program analyst to serve as an Undersea Warfare (USW) Subject Matter Expert (SME). In this role, you will provide critical policy and standards support to the Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces (USFF) in Norfolk, VA. This is a unique opportunity to directly impact the readiness of the U.S. Navy's undersea forces.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced program analyst (at least eight years of experience) and USW SME in Fleet training plans, programs and processes. Echelon III (or higher) staff experience and a working knowledge or understanding of U.S. Navy fleet training policy and programs, the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP), and the Fleet Response Training Plan (FRTP) are highly desired for this position.
