**Job Title:** Flexible Healthcare Security Officer
**Location:** New Milford / Sharon, CT
**Pay Rate:** $19.50 per hour

**Position Summary**
Provide safety and security for patients, staff, and visitors at multiple healthcare facilities in the New Milford and Sharon area. Work flexible shifts and adapt to different hospital environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Patrol buildings, grounds, and parking areas to deter and detect safety and security risks.
+ Control access to entrances, exits, and restricted areas.
+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies; use de‑escalation when possible.
+ Support staff in high‑risk situations (ED, behavioral health, etc.).
+ Assist with visitor management, escorts, and customer service.
+ Follow hospital procedures, privacy rules, and Securitas Group Health and Safety Policy (Source: Group Health and Safety Policy).
+ Complete logs and incident reports accurately and on time.
