Position Overview

            Job Description

Build and maintain strong working relationships with Flight Representatives and ACS sales teams.
Coordinate and schedule Flight Representatives to maximise coverage and operational efficiency.
Develop and refine processes to continually improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Act as the main point of contact for global charter consultants, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
Monitor bookings and proactively coordinate Flight Representative coverage.
Maintain accurate records, reporting, and post-flight documentation.
Oversee and produce accurate records and reports for the number of reps achieved monthly for Flight Representatives across the UK.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and support departmental growth.
