Arrive at the airport early working with all stakeholders to ensure the client's needs to have been met e.g. the catering and ground transport are correct
Meet and greet the lead client and guests at the terminal, providing a professional, welcoming ACS presence.
Arrange or provide requested refreshments where appropriate.
Communicate with the client at each stage of the process, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout.
Support a smooth client journey from arrival at the terminal through to departure, escalating any issues promptly where needed.

Qualifications
Ideally worked as a VIP cabin attendant
Must be fluent in Spanish and English
Must be proactive and solutions focused
Outstanding communicator
