Make a real impact every day as a Support Worker at Hafod. 

This is a floating support worker post operating within the Vale of Glamorgan, 36 hours per week, Monday - Friday. The post provides housing related support in the community to adults within their own homes as well as participation in drop-in advice sessions operated across the region.

We’re looking for compassionate, person-centred and resourceful people to join our team. You’ll support people who have a range of housing related support needs maintain or access housing. 

It’s hands on rewarding work where you can genuinely make a difference to the people you support, and no two days are ever the same.
