Retail Operation

Assist the store manager in running smooth operations within the defined policies and

guidelines of the company, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction at all times.

Interact with every single customer, understand their requirement, and recommend the best

possible product by showcasing salesmanship.

Gather customer feedback and inform to the relevant authorities to improve customer

service.

Reporting and fixing all the maintenance issues that impact the customer experience.
