Your Mission

You will lead the front‑of‑house team, ensuring impeccable service and maximum guest satisfaction, in line with the group's high‑quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the daily floor service.
• Lead, motivate, and train the front‑of‑house team.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and management to deliver a seamless experience.
• Manage reservations, shifts, and team objectives.
• Ensure compliance with the group's operational standards.

The Profile We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a Floor Manager or Head Waiter.
• Language skills (English and French are highly valued).
