The Floor Plan Designer II is responsible for the daily creation, management, and refinement of detailed event floor plans using EXPOCAD and AutoCAD. This role focuses on delivering precise, functional, and visually engaging layouts that align with client requirements while maximizing space efficiency.


The designer also develops high-quality 3D visualizations using tools such as SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) to support presentations and concept development. Collaboration is key, as the role works closely with clients and internal project teams to translate ideas into actionable designs, incorporate feedback, and ensure all plans meet both aesthetic standards and operational requirements.
