POSITION: Floor Technician

ASM,, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities has an excellent and immediate part-time opening for a Floor Technician at the ASM Richmond facilities (Altria Theater, Dominion Energy Center, and Bon Secours Training Center). The Part-Time Floor Technician is responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet (stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, & bonneting) areas that include offices, classrooms, lobbies, entrances, stairwells, stages, hallways and other public areas.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


+ Follows all safety requirements and procedures at all times

+ Performs preventative maintenance check on all equipment prior to use at beginning and end of the shift
