Description

Responsible for epoxy floor installation, floor leveling, surface preparation, and general labor duties on commercial and residential job sites. Uses basic hand tools to assist with grinding, mixing materials, coating application, site cleanup, and maintaining a safe work environment. Candidates should have reliable transportation, a strong work ethic, the ability to perform physical labor, and basic hand tools/tool bag preferred.

Ability to perform physical labor and work in a fast-paced construction environment. Experience with epoxy flooring, floor leveling, or general construction labor is preferred but not required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., use basic hand tools safely, follow instructions, and work as part of a team. Reliable transportation is required. Basic tools and a tool bag are preferred. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dependable attendance are essential.
