We are seeking an experienced, creative, and entrepreneurial  Floral Manager  to lead, grow, and elevate Bear’s floral department.

This role is responsible for shaping the creative direction of our floral work while also owning the processes, sales outreach, and team structure needed to make our Floral Department a stronger and more visible part of Bear’s overall business.

This is not simply a production florist role.

While this person must have strong hands-on floral experience and be willing to jump in when needed, the long-term purpose of this position is to lead the floral department.
