Key Responsibilities

• Create and arrange fresh flower bouquets, floral baskets, customized floral designs and supervise junior staff.
• Prepare floral arrangements for birthdays, weddings, corporate events and other special occasions.
• Ensure flowers are properly cared for, including trimming, watering and maintaining their freshness.
• Assist customers in selecting flowers and provide recommendations based on their requirements.
• Decorate displays and maintain an attractive presentation of flowers and related products.
• Manage inventory by monitoring flower stock and reporting replenishment requirements.
• Assist with flower arrangements and provide general shop support.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Support floral setup and dismantling for events when required.
