Role Overview

The Flow Engineering Lead is a hands‑on technical coach and deliveryexpert who focuses on optimising the speed, efficiency and quality of product development across one or more value‑stream squads within the RE business unit. The role drives the adoption of Lean, XP and Agile principles and targets the improvement of flow metrics (Lead Time, Throughput, Efficiency) while reducing waste and friction in the delivery pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with squads and stakeholders to map end‑to‑end value streams, identify bottlenecks and propose Lean process improvements.
• Collect, analyse and present flow metrics (Cycle Time, Lead Time, Throughput, WIP, Flow Efficiency) to drive data‑driven process changes and hold squads accountable for flow ownership.
• Champion a culture of continuous incremental delivery, focusing squads on working software and user satisfaction as the primary measures of progress.
