Responsibilities
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current OMS and e-commerce solution landscape, including architecture, integrations, operational processes, security considerations, data flows, and non-functional requirements.Establish a clear view of the existing platform baseline and recommend a practical roadmap for enhancements, scalability improvements, and optimisation initiatives.Provide architectural guidance across OMS and unified commerce capabilities, ensuring alignment with best practices for order management, inventory visibility, sourcing, payments, fulfillment, and customer service operati...
