Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on individual with strong stakeholder management experience, capable of driving service excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement while building effective relationships with client stakeholders, service partners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the efficient delivery of integrated FM services, including maintenance, cleaning, waste, catering/vending, reception, and helpdesk coordination Manage service delivery within a multi-tenanted building, ensuring effective collaboration with landlord representatives and occupiers Monitor and drive performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual standards to ensure continuous improvement Act as the on-site lead for stakeholders, building strong and visible relationships Ensure all customer requests, feedback, and complaints are logged, managed, and resolved in a timely manner ...
