**POSITION SUMMARY:**

The Food Service Associate (FSA) - II maintains the dishroom, janitor closet, and patient food carts in an organized, sanitary manner. Delivers food carts to patient floors, passes out trays and returns carts to the dishroom. The FSA I tends and loads the dish machine, and performs department janitorial duties. The FSA I provides quality customer service to patients by accurately loading patient trays according to tray ticket orders.
