The Focused Shop Manager is responsible for managing the day‑to‑day activities of a Focus Shop, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance. This role leads all aspects of project execution, working closely with planning, manufacturing engineering, labour relations, and skilled trades to drive continuous improvement and achieve key operational objectives.
