Key Responsibilities but are not limited to:
Oversee daily operations of our Springhouse Cafe restaurant, in-room dining, and special events.
Lead, coach, and inspire a dynamic team to deliver warm, attentive, and authentic service.
Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Director and cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations.
Drive guest satisfaction through quality control, employee engagement, and training.
