Job Summary
Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all dining operations within the Anantara Downtown Dubai resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and special events.
- Ensure exceptional service standards and memorable guest dining experiences.
- Lead, train, and develop the F&B team to maintain high performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue across all outlets.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Handle guest feedback and implement service recovery where needed.
