Every shift brings something new, but your main responsibilities will include:
● Greeting guests courteously and taking food & beverage orders in person, by phone, or via electronic channels
● Accurately entering orders into the POS and confirming special requests, dietary needs, and allergies
● Providing menu information, making appropriate recommendations and upsells to enhance guest experience
