**Role Overview**

Sodexo is seeking a full-time **Nutrition Lab Manager** for The Children’s Hospital at Erlanger in **Chattanooga, TN** , the region’s only comprehensive pediatric center and highest‑level pediatric provider. This role supports a nationally recognized academic medical center with a Level IV NICU and a broad range of pediatric subspecialty services.

The ideal candidate has experience in a nutrition lab, milk room, formula room, or NICU environment,and has with demonstrated experience as a strong team leader who has successfully guided, coached, and supported hourly staff.

**What You'll Do**

+ Oversee operations of the milk lab, ensuring safe, accurate preparation and handling of formula and human milk
+ Lead, coach, and support milk lab staff to ensure consistent performance and teamwork
