We're looking for a hands-on Food Operations Team Lead to manage day-to-day food prep, quality control, and logistics. You'll lead a team of part‑time workers, plan daily schedules, and help improve our recipes and processes over time. This role suits someone who's equally comfortable in the kitchen, behind the wheel, and managing a small team. A Class 3 license is preferred here since you'll be moving food and supplies between the kitchen and machine sites.
