We're looking for a hands-on Food Operations Team Lead to manage day-to-day food prep, quality control, and logistics. You'll lead a team of part‑time workers, plan daily schedules, and help improve our recipes and processes over time. This role suits someone who's equally comfortable in the kitchen, behind the wheel, and managing a small team. A Class 3 license is preferred here since you'll be moving food and supplies between the kitchen and machine sites.

• Prepare food for daily machine loading, checking quality of ingredients and flag/fix issues before they reach the machine
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards throughout prep and handling

• Lead and coordinate a team of part‑time loaders
• Plan shifts and loading schedules
• Train part‑timers on prep, handling, and loading procedures
