**Sodexo** is currently seeking a **Food Service Production Manager 3** to join our team at the **US Marine Corps Recruiting Depot** in **San Diego, CA** . This location offers a rotating varied menu that includes specialty bars and fast food. This Dining Facility operates 7 days a week, 365 days per year andserves over 3 million meals per year to the fine men and women of the U.S. Marine Corps.. The Food Production Manager 3 maintains food quality, assists in the maintenance of cash control and payroll records. Assists in supporting the financial/HR functions. Maintaining high customer satisfaction is a priority. Duties include training, team building, and planning/scheduling at this highly structured, high profile account.
