**SUMMARY**

· Supports accurate, efficient, and safe packaging of ready-to-eat (RTE) products in the commissary.

· Ensures finished food items are properly portioned, sealed, labeled, and prepared for distribution while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and sanitation.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

· Pack RTE items according to batch specifications, packaging requirements, and customer expectations.

· Operate basic packaging equipment (e.g., sealers, labelers, portioners) in accordance with safety and food handling protocols.

· Verify product weights, portion sizes, labeling, and packaging integrity.

· Assemble packaging components and ensure availability at workstations.
