Overview:
Responsible for maintaining the safety standards of all Food and Beverage locations. Monitoring the team in Food and Beverage locations to ensure all food safety procedures are followed. Representing the drive and initiative of the Food and Beverage Operations department. Focusing on food safety, quality and creating a positive work environment. Maintain compliance of all policies and procedures to achieve outstanding guest service

Responsibilities:
Support the development and testing of new products, automation equipment and creation of systems and procedures designed to improve the operation, reliability or convenience of all food safety operations

• Lead and support site Quality & Food Safety teams in project accountabilities, mentoring site teams where appropriate
• Be the key contact for all regional Quality and Food Safety related projects & activities
