Sous Chefs (Catering and UTM Dining) 1–2 years in a similar role required.Experience supervising kitchen staff and managing service flow, Strong grasp of food safety, prep planning, and quality control.
Cooks (Catering and UTM Dining) 1–2 years of relevant experience required.Comfortable working in a high-volume kitchen environment. Familiar with prep, line cooking, and food safety standards.
