The successful Food Technologist will be responsible for:

* Produce and maintain key retail and foodservice customer specifications for both new and existing products, using customer web-based or paper systems.

* Ensure specifications meet customer technical standards, legal requirements and current legislation for food handling and packing.

* Keep the business informed of customer policy and procedural changes, and support their effective implementation.
