Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities: 

Treatment Delivery:  Perform specialized reflexology, and often shoulder/hand, massages using thumbs and fingers to stimulate specific reflex zones. 

Client Consultation:  Assess client needs, discuss medical conditions, and explain the benefits of the treatment. 

Hygiene & Safety:  Clean and sanitize work areas, sterilize tools, and replace linens between clients. 

Documentation:  Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes. 

Customer Service:  Build rapport, address customer inquiries, and ensure a professional, comfortable experience. 

Requirements: 

Skills:  Proficiency in reflexology techniques, good communication, and strong, steady hands. 

Experience:  Often requires 1–3 years of experience, though training is sometimes provided.
