1. Review of contract documents and prepare a program of all activities as per the project requirement to execute the project according to the stipulated date and specification
   
2. Obtain Material & Drawing Approval and order the approved quantities for material procurement to meet the direct client specifications
   
3. Prepare & obtain method statement material approval and manage the Installation activities to ensure operation is in accordance with contract terms.
   
4. Direct and control the site supervisors and labors for timely completion of installation to meet the customer requirements.
   
5. Prepare Invoice & obtain payment certificates / cheques based on the progress of work to ensure timely payment.
   
6. Obtaining relevant authority approval and submit all close out documents to complete project handing over
