Seipp Construction is looking for a Mechanical Foreman to join our Benmore Dam team, delivering major seismic strengthening works on one of New Zealand's most important hydro-electric assets.

This is a long-term project expected to run for at least 2-3 years, working alongside a highly experienced team delivering technically challenging infrastructure that will leave a lasting legacy.

About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising mechanical construction activities on site.

Working closely with Project Engineers, Project Managers, specialist subcontractors and skilled tradespeople, you'll ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
