Responsibilities

• Lead and direct pipe fitters, welders, riggers, fabricators, grinders, and helpers in executing daily piping activities.
• Assign daily work to the crew as instructed by the Piping Supervisor and monitor work progress.
• Supervise piping fabrication, fit‑up, erection, installation, and alignment activities in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Verify that the correct materials, fittings, valves, and supports are available before commencing work.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure all piping installations meet quality requirements and project standards.
• Ensure proper installation of pipe supports, valves, flanges, gaskets, and associated piping components.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, permit‑to‑work requirements, and safe working practices.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure all personnel use the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
