The Warehouse Forklift Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move, load, unload, and store materials within the warehouse and production areas. The role ensures proper handling of goods, adherence to safety procedures, and support of warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain production schedules or shipping orders and transport materials, products, or equipment to and from designated locations within the facility.
Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and other vehicles using a forklift.
Move goods packed on pallets or in crates throughout the warehouse and storage areas.
Stack and arrange goods in the correct storage locations according to inventory control procedures and warehouse standards.
