About the Role

We’re hiring a Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced cross-dock team. If you’re experienced, hands-on, and thrive in a busy dock environment—this is a great opportunity to get in with a growing, stable company.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers
• Organize and build city loads with accurate freight counts
• Stage, cube, and place freight correctly on the dock
• Operate a forklift (sit-down) safely and efficiently
• Use RF scanners to track shipments
• Follow dispatcher direction and support daily dock operations
• Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain a clean work area
