We are seeking a skilled and diligent Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will support the production process by ensuring materials are efficiently moved and stocked. You will also manage inventory in coolers and freezers, prepare pallets for shipping, and operate various equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support production by supplying materials to the production floor and staging ingredients.
• Receive finished goods from the packaging department and move them to the cooler or freezer.
• Assist with external shipping and receiving as needed.
• Ensure production is consistently stocked to prevent pauses in the production line.
• Operate forklifts, power riders, and pump jacks (Crown).
• Prepare pallets for loading, including shrink wrapping and stacking.
• Manage inventory in refrigerators and freezers.
