Inventory and Goods control

• Check in-coming and out-going packages tallied with documents
• Perform weekly inventory update in excel
• Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment
• Have some knowledge of welding toolings

Material Issuance to Production

• Issue materials and consumables to workers and record
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure no production downtime due to material shortage

Warehouse Organization &Storage

• Ensure proper binning, labeling, and storage system
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized
• Optimize space utilization for efficiency

Logistics & Delivery Coordination

• Prepare delivery documents (DO, packing list, etc.)
• Coordinate with drivers
