We are seeking a talented Formulation Development Chemist to join our R&D team dedicated to crop protection and agricultural chemical products. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing agricultural formulations, with a focus on improving product performance, stability, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role involves hands-on laboratory work, cross-functional collaboration, and the application of formulation science to deliver innovative solutions for modern agriculture.
Responsibilities

+ Design and prepare experimental formulations (e.g., SC, EC, WG, SE, DF, etc.) using active ingredients, solvents, surfactants, polymers, and additives.

+ Optimize formulations for cost, efficacy, stability, safety, and ease of application in the field.

+ Scale-up lab formulations to pilot and production levels.
